I’ve had the pleasure of being rear ended twice in 5 months and worked with Tom at the collision center both times. He was literally the easiest person I’ve had to talk to and was as transparent with expectations and length of repair as you would want. I thought I’d have to chase the insurance company and the repair shop but they worked with them directly and my rental company, it was flawless. I hope to never see Tom again, at least at his place of work.

After seeing a car I saw online, I visited Pride Chevrolet in Lynn MA. There, I met Carla who showed me the vehicle and let me test drive it. After a pleasant negotiation, I decided to make the purchase. She guided me thru the process and since I live in NH, she explained how it is done buying out of state. The entire process went smoothly and exactly as was explained. A few days later, I received the car at my Town Office by one of Prides "runners". The gentleman was equally as nice and helpful as Carla. The car so far has met all my expectations as has this Dealer. I would recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned (or new) vehicle to consider this dealership.
